Terms and Conditions of the Zen Flow online shop
§1. General provisions
The Zen Flow online store, operating at zen-flow-lifestyle.myshopify.com (hereinafter "Store"), is operated by:

2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for placing orders, payment, delivery, withdrawal from the contract, and complaints.
3. The Customer is required to read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
§2. Placing orders
1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store's website.
2. The customer selects the product and its variants (e.g., color, size), adds it to the cart, provides shipping information, and completes payment.
3. The order is considered placed upon confirmation of acceptance by the Store (via email).
4. Order processing time is up to 5 business days, unless the product description states otherwise.
§3. Prices and Payments
All prices listed in the Store are in Polish zloty and include VAT (where applicable).
The Store offers the following payment methods:
Online payment (e.g., Przelewy24, PayPal),
Traditional bank transfer.
BLIK
Payment should be made immediately after placing the order. Failure to pay within 3 days will result in the order being cancelled.
§4. Shipping and delivery
Deliveries are made within Poland and selected European Union countries.
Shipping costs are listed on the product page and in the shopping cart when placing your order.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the delivery country (usually 2–5 business days).
The store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
§5. Withdrawal from the contract (refund)
A Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
Details regarding the returns procedure are described in the Returns Policy available [here] (link to the subpage).
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
§6. Complaints
In the event of physical defects or non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the Customer has the right to file a complaint within two years.
Complaints should be submitted via email to kontakt.zenflow.lifestyle@gmail.com, including a description of the defect and photos.
The Store will review the complaint within 14 days and inform you of the next steps.
§7. Personal data and privacy
Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (link to the document).
The Store owner is the controller of personal data.
The data is used solely for order fulfillment and is not shared with third parties without the Customer's consent.
§8. Final provisions
The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. New provisions take effect upon their publication on the website.
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
All disputes will be resolved by a competent common court.
